Sussex Oakleaf offers integrated supported housing, registered care homes, floating support services, and day services for people with mental health problems and other vulnerable people needing housing support.

TheFrameworks designed the annual report as a set of A6 cards. One side of the cards included information about the organisation and its performance during 2008/09, and the reverse included images created by people supported by Sussex Oakleaf. The annual report is held together in a pocket folder, which opens to reveal the cards. It has been printed by an FSC accredited printer using 100% recycled FSC paper stock.
