James is responsible for supervising all aspects of the design and digital development process and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. He has the technical, organizational, creative and communication skills needed to develop and deliver projects that successfully meet clients' strategic marketing objectives. And he's done so for an international client portfolio that includes IBM, Tata Group, Dassault Systèmes, Raytheon, Imperial College London and Royal College of Art.

With over eight years' experience in the online arena, James has managed the development of a variety of complex web-based applications for startups, charities and Fortune 500 companies. He also has the strong print management knowledge required to manage complex DM campaigns and print requirements.

James is also responsible for new business development and has brought in a number of key accounts managed from initial proposal stage through to creative presentation and final selection.

He holds a BA (Hons) in Design Management from Nottingham Trent University and has been with the company since 2004. Unlike at least one of his colleagues, though, he's never come higher than fourth place in the quiz at his local pub.
