Leanda has been responsible for the management and implementation of many successful international integrated marketing strategies for companies such as IBM, British Aerospace and ALLTEL.

Working with a multitude of internal teams, clients, pan European and international agencies and suppliers, Leanda has been responsible for planning and implementing marketing plans and budgets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific and the USA. Leanda has a special interest in developing and building successful strategic alliance partnerships. With expertise in brand management and communication, Leanda has produced and implemented cost-effective, measurable message distribution to both internal and external target audiences both locally and abroad. Practised in maximising budget and resource, and skilled in delivering measurable results, Leanda thrives on developing teams to their full potential while contributing both strategically and operationally. Leanda successfully launched Omnia Jersey, a marketing solutions company, winning the 2004 Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Direct Marketing Award for the creative concept and implementation of the launch campaign. She was responsible for the strategic business development and re-branding of the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust.

For her latest exciting project, Leanda has partnered with TheFrameworks managing partner, Terry Brissenden, launching Jersey's only community based portal - My Favourite Jersey which is tipped to be the ultimate community based web site for the island.
