Judge customer value before content volume
Before publishing AI-generated content, ask three questions: what value does it create for the customer, what brand message does it convey, and what behaviour does it demonstrate? The Frameworks argues that moving straight from brief to prompt to publication leaves brand meaning without clear direction. Decide how the brand should behave before asking AI to produce more material.
A 2025 survey by Content Marketing Institute and MarketingProfs found that, among B2B marketers using AI for content creation, mostly in North America, 87% reported improved productivity, compared with 58% reporting improved content quality and 39% improved content performance.
The Frameworks also distinguishes controlling expression from guiding behaviour. Tone of voice, content strategy and visual style guide what gets said, but do not fully determine how an AI-supported interaction serves a customer. A chatbot handling a frustrated customer needs more than an appropriate tone. Apply the publication test to the whole interaction: does it deliver customer value while expressing the brand's intended behaviour?
