A reason beyond adding volume
A publication decision should establish the customer value, intended message and brand behaviour behind AI-assisted content. In its editorial series The Prompt, The Frameworks argues that a brief and a prompt are not enough: brands need to decide how they want to behave before using AI to increase output. Every interaction contributes to brand meaning, including content published without a clear intention.
Use three questions to review a proposed piece: What value does it create for the customer? What brand message does it convey? Does it demonstrate the behaviour the brand wants to show consistently across human and machine interactions? Speed alone does not answer any of them.
A 2025 survey by Content Marketing Institute and MarketingProfs found that among B2B marketers using AI for content creation, mostly in North America, 87% reported improved productivity, compared with 58% reporting improved content quality and 39% improved content performance. Treat faster production as a capability, not a publication criterion.
