Dematic, one of the world’s leading intelligent automation providers, needed a bold campaign to drive awareness for its new micro-fulfillment offering, launched in 2020 against the backdrop of the pandemic. 

Our research revealed that we needed to focus on customers who already understood the general concept of micro-fulfillment but needed to lift the lid on some top-line specifics to better understand how it could work for their business. To provide this insight, we built an online configurator.
