Diana Malinovska

UX Researcher

Diana has a passion for unpicking every aspect of the UX discipline to help inform fellow designers. Diana started her career as a graphic designer, before embarking on the less-trodden path to UX. She achieved her Masters in UX design with a distinction from Kingston University in 2016, having moved from her native Latvia in 2010.

Outside work, Diana likes to explore the outdoors with her husband and daughter. They are slowly making their way through a book of the 50 best walking trails in Surrey. After spending her working week analysing consumer journeys, we’re sure that Diana has no trouble traversing the county’s beautiful terrain.

Attractive things make people feel good, which in turn makes them think more creative.
