What should visitors explore in our interactive event experience?

Give visitors a meaningful structure to explore: connections between capabilities and outcomes, or stages in a process. Organise the experience around how the business creates value, rather than presenting a collection of separate demonstrations.

Connect capabilities to outcomes

Connect capabilities to outcomes so visitors can explore what technology makes possible, not just what it does. For G42 at GITEX GLOBAL, the Intelligence Grid became an AI-powered storytelling experience linking technology to human impact. Its central narrative mechanism, the "impact algorithm," mapped enablers such as energy, compute, cloud and foundational models to real-world outcomes through industry contexts and solutions across G42's businesses. Themes including responsible AI, sustainability and equitable AI anchored the experience in G42's purpose, while messaging across all ten group companies was harmonised into one voice. The practical organising principle is to make relationships explorable: connect a capability to an application and its human impact, giving visitors a coherent story rather than isolated demonstrations.

Turn a process into explorable stages

Turn a process into explorable stages when the value of the business lies in work visitors rarely see. Khazna's experience at GITEX GLOBAL divided its approach to designing and building AI infrastructure into seven steps, called "The Lifecycle of a Data Centre." The lifecycle covered work from finding the right location and connecting to the grid to designing for sustainability and transforming power into intelligence. Each stage became a distinct interactive encounter with concise descriptors, distinctive visuals and original animations inspired by technical drawings. Enterprise and government stakeholders could explore how Khazna applies innovation to physical infrastructure and tangible value. For an event experience, a lifecycle provides a clear organising structure while giving each part of a complex process its own explanation and visual treatment.
