Brand strategy and identity

Our approach

Every strong brand starts with the same two questions. What do you stand for? And why should the people who matter care? For B2B businesses – often technical, often complex, often talking to more than one audience at once – the answers to these questions rarely survive first contact with the real world unless they’ve been thoughtfully crafted and properly built out, not just written down. We shape strategic platforms – positioning, narrative, verbal and visual identity – that hold up under real-world scrutiny, and give everything that follows a robust, consistent foundation.

Wates

The family-owned construction and property business needed a way to unite a genuinely diverse set of businesses behind a single promise. We brought the new Wates brand purpose, Reimagining places for people to thrive, to life with a brand platform built on robust foundations and a verbal and visual identity flexible enough to work across every corner of the business.

Everywhen

Ardonagh Advisory needed help making sense of its growing SMB-focused business. To unite thousands of employees across more than 130 offices, we created a new name and identity, Everywhen, inspired by stakeholder research that found a business defined by relationships and trust at every scale. We gave a fast-growing, multi-brand network one clear, human identity to stand behind.

2X

Building an identity from the ground up for a fast-moving marketing brand, we restructured the website around audience needs, put CMOs at the centre of the storytelling, and built a suite of assets – from employee playbooks to social templates – designed to scale like the business itself.

The Prompt: The art of AEO: are you part of the conversation?

Answer engine optimisation (AEO) isn’t about gaming AI search or mangling your website to suit machines. It’s about creating an honest, authoritative version of your expertise that an LLM can actually use.
