Media activation

Our approach

Our strength lies in bold ideas, sharp creative and cut-through content. Planning and buying media is its own specialist discipline, so we work with a partner who’s brilliant at it.

We build campaigns that give media something worth activating – then working closely with specialist agencies. As a result, the creative and the media strategy pull in the same direction.

We’ve done this for decades, on some of the biggest stages in the world.

IBM and Wimbledon

For nearly four decades, IBM’s partnership with Wimbledon has generated some of the most visible technology marketing in sport. We’ve regularly been the team behind the campaigns and content that bring that partnership to life – from a global What makes great? debate powered by IBM Watson and live social listening, to premium VIP experiences marking the partnership’s 30th anniversary – working alongside IBM’s media and technology partners to get the story in front of a global audience.

Dassault Systèmes

IF WE was our big bet to reposition the Dassault Systèmes brand for a new, board-level audience, to be delivered at scale via a global advertising campaign. When it came to launching the idea at scale, we created the advertising masters ourselves, each one involving high-end photography and production. The ads would run across the business press, including a first-of-its-kind FT homepage takeover, airports and lounges in major business hubs worldwide, and digital advertising on LinkedIn and beyond. We led the concept and the creative; specialist partner agencies handled the adaptations and placement needed to get it everywhere it needed to be.

The Prompt: The art of AEO: are you part of the conversation?

Answer engine optimisation (AEO) isn’t about gaming AI search or mangling your website to suit machines. It’s about creating an honest, authoritative version of your expertise that an LLM can actually use.
